Meta/ SEA Specialist (Tampa (FL), Full Time)

We are looking for a Meta/SEA Specialist to join our dynamic and international Marketing department.

Our Marketing department is mainly responsible for gaining and converting traffic via different channels to our websites. They need to make sure the effort that is being put in Traffic acquisition, will lead to a larger customer base. At the end of the chain, the Marketing department is also responsible for retention of the customers. By launching campaigns via different channels, they need to retain our existing customers to be able to grow our database.

Your responsibilities will include:

• You plan, steer and optimize Pay per Click campaigns with respect to budget and target KPIs in our two brands
• You will be responsible for daily bid management across multiple platforms
• You constantly analyze the performance and come up with optimization strategies
• You collaborate with IT, Product Management to employ a structured conversion optimization process using A/B and multivariate testing
• You will Track marketing metrics and trends
• You work hands-on with the marketing and pricing departments to deploy strategies and monitor progress
• You are responsible for the creation and presentation of quarterly/ad hoc reports, covering campaign performances

• BSc in Marketing or relevant field
• Available for a minimum of 40 hours a week
• Proven experience in a similar SEA role is a plus
• Rental car experience is a plus
• Ability to manage marketing projects end-to-end
• High analytical skills
• Ability to make data driven decisions
• Self-starter and self-motivated- ability to work autonomously
• Enthusiastic, proactive, analytical and creative
• Excellent communication skills in English (Bilingual would be a plus)
• You must be located in the Tampa or Orlando area
